Friday, KS2 Tag rugby Club 3.30-4.30 with Jonathan Dovell and Dickie Barron

If the weather is bad gardening and sports clubs will not take place, and, of course, sometimes teachers and volunteers are unable to take a club after school, so please check the playground blackboard and your mobile phones for messages from us and be prepared to collect your child from school at 3.30pm.

We have ideas for other clubs in the pipeline, for example, cooking and drama. Look out for these after half term. If you would like to volunteer to run or help with an after-school club, I would love to hear from you.

The School council run Chess and Board Games Club, a Card Club and Friendship Club at lunch times. They also organise fund raising events such as talent shows, cake sales and fun P.E afternoons. The whole school raised £400 for the NSPCC.

Other activities the children have taken part in have been a swimathon, The Exmoor Challenge, Year Group residential trips.
